Our prediction for this Championship match:
Wednesday’s football game between Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers will bring down the curtain on day 37 of the current Championship campaign. The Potters are on a four-game winless run ahead of Blackburn’s visit, but they are surely capable of matching the Riversiders at their Bet365 Stadium. Sam Gallagher should be recalled to the starting XI after scoring as a substitute in a 3-2 loss to Coventry City. As Ben Pearson limped off with injury at the weekend, Jordan Thompson should be recalled to the starting XI.
Blackburn Rovers, on the other hand, aim to recover from a 2-1 loss to Derby County. Considering that both Blackburn and Stoke will go for a win in Wednesday’s encounter, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. The likes of Weimann, Wharton, Pickering, Leonard, and Beck are out of contention with injuries for the away team.
