Mallorca will look to stay in the Conference League berth when they welcome Getafe to their Estadi Mallorca Son Moix on Sunday evening. Los Bermellones aim to recover from a 2-1 loss to Real Madrid and you should know that they are after their eighth home win of the process. The likes of Asano, Chiquinho, Morlanes, Navarro, and Prats miss out with injuries, while defender Toni Lato is a major doubt.
Los Azulones, on the other hand, do not seem to be at their sharpest in the season finale, with the team losing each of their last six league matches. With the capital club having little to play for in the season finale, we believe that there is a big value in betting on Mallorca, who are a real force to be reckoned with at home. Dapaong-born Togolese international, Djene Dakonam made his first football steps as a youth member of Etoile Filante.
Spells in Benin and Cameroon with Tonnerre d’Abomey and Coton Sport, respectively, saw Djene Dakonam grab attention of Alcoron, who moved in to bring him to Spain in 2014. During two years in Spain Djene Dakonam made 59 league appearances before moving to Sint-Truidense. It was in Belgium that Djene Dakonam proved his defensive versatility and Getafe came calling the very next year, in 2017.
Djene proved to be an instant hit with the Azulones and is hoping a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs will not be too far away for him. The likes of Arsenal and Tottenham have been sniffing around him during the summer transfer window in 2018 but were ultimately scared off by his £31 million release clause.

Los Bermellones returned to the Spanish top flight following a six-year absence. Over the years Mallorca have turned their Estadi de son Moix into a real fortress, with the team producing much better showings at home than on the travels.
Opened in June 1999, the venue can hold up to 23,142 people. The club based in Balearic Islands are well known for their red shirts with one black stripe and black shorts.
