Our prediction for this League 1 match:
Oxford United will be aiming to extend their winning run in the League One to six games when they face Milton Keynes Dons at the Kassam Stadium. The Yellows were having ups and downs in the first half of the season, but they seem to be on top of their game ahead of Saturday’s football match. Considering that Oxford United have turned their Kassam Stadium into a real fortress, we predict that they are going to pick up all three points from the match.
The Dons, on the other hand, are only five points clear of the relegation zone, meaning that their League One status is in danger. Even though Oxford United midfielder Nathan Holland misses the match with injury, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts, who are eyeing automatic promotion to the Championship.
This game is postponed.
Highlighted Player (Rob Hall):
Rob Hall is an English footballer who plays as a right-winger for Oxford United. The Aylesbury local was born on the 21st of October, 1993. Formerly a West Ham Youth product, the pacey forward signed his first professional contract with the club in October 2010. He made his professional debut, however, playing for Oxford United against Dagenham on the 13th of September 2011, a game in which he also scored his first-ever goal.
He followed up his time at Oxford with loan spells at clubs like Milton Keynes, Birmingham City, and Bolton Wanderers. On the 28th of March, 2013, he joined Bolton on a permanent deal, thus ending his more than a decade long relationship with parent club West ham. He remained a Bolton player until 2016 but made a little impact having gone out on loan twice to Milton Keynes during that time.
