Our prediction for this Norway Eliteserien match:
Kristiansund will be aiming to make amends for a heavy 5-0 loss to Tromso when they host Rosenborg at their Kristiansund Stadion. The Owls have slim chances of booking their place in European competitions and that is probably the main reason why home win should not be considered. Kristiansund experienced all sorts of problems at the back in the 5-0 defeat to Tromso and we do not believe that they are capable of matching Rosenborg in Saturday’s football match.
The Troillongan aim to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to Haugesund and seeing they are eager to melt Odd’s advantage in the Eliteserien standings to one point, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the visitors. Alexander Soderlund, who has netted seven goals in the Norwegian top flight so far this term, will be one of the men to watch in the away team.
Highlighted Player (Birger Meling):

Born in Stavanger, Norway on December 17, 1994, Birger Meling is a defender who plays for Eliteserien club Rosenborg. Meling began his youth career at Viking back in 2000, but 13 years later he moved to English club Middlesbrough. However, the Norwegian footballer did not play for the Riverside Stadium outfit at senior level.
Meling started his senior career at Stabaek, but after scoring five goals in 57 appearances for the Blue Ones in the league, he moved to famous Norwegian club Rosenborg in the winter of 2017. Speaking of his international career, Meling made his debut with the Norway national team on November 11, 2017 in a 2-0 loss over North Macedonia.
The Rosenborg defender has six caps with Norway U21 team as well. His preferred foot is left, whilst his main position on the field is left-back. The 173-cm-tall footballer has a contract with Rosenborg, which should expire on December 31, 2020.
Highlighted Team (Rosenborg):

Rosenberg are undisputedly the most famous Norwegian club. The Troillongan have participated in the Champions League group stages on several occasions and they are the dominant force in the Norwegian Premier League. Rosenborg won their 24th (record) domestic title in 2016, with the team finishing the season 15 points clear of second-placed Brann.
The Norwegian side are well known for their black and white kits and Lerkendal Stadion is the club’s home ground. The capacity of the venue is 21.405 and the stadium was opened back in 1947. John Carew is the most notable footballer who played for Rosenborg in the past and it has to be noted that the powerful centre-forward scored 18 goals in 18 appearances in the league for the Troillongan.
Nowadays Nicklas Bendtner wears Rosenborg shirt, but he did not help the Norwegian champions make it to the Champions League group stages. Rosenborg eliminated Dundalk in the second qualifying round, but Scottish side Celtic proved to be a big catch for Kare Hedley Ingebrigtsen’s troops in round 3.
