Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Stadio Mario Rigamonti will host Saturday’s relegation six-pointer between Brescia and Genoa. Brescia did well to hold Fiorentina to a draw at Stadio Artemio Franchi, but they remained in the ultimate position in the standings. Le Rondinelle need to return to winning ways as soon as possible, and they have no other choice but to go all guns blazing at Genoa on Matchday 28.
Mario Balotelli is set to return to Brescia following a public spat with owner Massimo Cellino, but Alfredo Donnarumma, who found the net in the 1-1 draw with Fiorentina, is likely to lead the line for the hosts. The Rossoblu, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 4-1 loss to Parma. Brescia will not have a better chance than this to get back on course, and we predict that the rock-bottom side will pick up all three points from Saturday’s showdown.
