Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Pisa and Ascoli face each other at Arena Garibaldi – Stadio Romeo Anconetani in what is expected to be a very exciting game. Pisa aim to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to Cosenza, and a win over Ascoli should see them regain their spot in top eight. Luca D’Angelo’s troops are a real force to be reckoned with at home, and you should bear in mind that they are eyeing their sixth consecutive victory at home ground.
Ascoli, on the other hand, have been in a splendid form of late, and, as things stand now, they will secure the Serie B survival. Considering that the Woodpeckers are four points clear of the relegation zone, we are tempted to put our money on the promotion-chasing side. Both Giacomo Beretta and Lorenzo Rosseti are sidelined with injury for the visiting team, while there are no absentees in the home side.
