Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
After suffering a 1-0 loss to Reims at the weekend, Strasbourg will be aiming to start a new winning run in the Ligue 1 when they take on Brest at Stade de la Meinau on Matchday 23. Le Racing were on a three-game winning run in January, but their display in the defeat to Reims was anything but good. All Mothiba, Sels, and Simakan are likely to miss the game with injuries.
Brest, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, with the team losing each of their previous four league fixtures. Strasbourg will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways, and we predict that the hosts are going to take advantage of the away team’s current form. Battocchio remains quarantined following his positive test for coronavirus, while Bain is out of contention through injury.
