Walsall
Bolton will be looking to build on back-to-back wins over Cambridge United and Port Vale when they host Walsall at their Univeristy of Bolton Stadium. The Trotters are enjoying a very successful second half of the season, and, as a result, they are sitting in the playoffs berth ahead of the visit of Walsall. Ian Ross is doing a great job with Bolton, but his men need to keep on making progress if they are to secure promotion to the League One.
The Saddlers, on the other hand, failed to win the previous nine league fixtures. Walsall have been slipping down the standings week by week, and given the amount of confidence in the home team’s dressing room, we predict that the visitors are going to return to West Midlands empty-handed. In their last meeting at University of Bolton Stadium the Trotters defeated the Saddlers.

Born in Perth, Australia on October 13, 1995, Gethin Jones is a professional footballer who plays for Carlisle United in the League Two as a defender. Jones is a product of the Wrexham football school, but he played for Everton at youth level as well.
The pacey right-back made only one appearance for the Toffees as he played against Krasnodar in the Europa League 2013/2014 season. Gethin Jones played for the likes of Plymouth Argyle (loan), Barnsley (loan), Fleetwood Town, and Mansfield Town (loan) as well before joining his current club Carlisle United. Jones is eligible to play for Australia and Wales despite playing for the Wales U17, U19, and U21 teams in the past.
He made his League Two debut with Carlisle United in a 3-2 win over Stevenage on September 14, 2019. Jones’ main position is right-back, but he is used as both right midfielder and left-back as well. His preferred foot is right.

Nicknamed the Saddlers, Walsall footballers wear red shirts and white shorts when playing in front of home fans, while black is the dominant colour of their away kit.
Walsall played out a goalless draw with Aston Villa on April 9, 1888 in their first ever game, with the team recording their biggest win on March 4, 1899 against Darwen (10-0). The Saddlers suffered their biggest defeat on December 17, 1892 as they were beaten by Small Heath 12-0.
