Chicago Fire
High-flying Columbus will look to extend their winning run to three games when they take on Chicago Fire on the last day of the regular season. Despite recording back-to-back wins over Orlando City (3-2) and DC United (3-1), Columbus missed out on a place in the Eastern Conference playoffs, but, no doubt, they want to finish the season in style.
A man to watch in the home team will be Armenia international Lucas Zelarayan, who scored a brace in the last league match, while all Artur, Kitchen, Molino, and Morris should miss out with injuries. Chicago failed to book their place in the playoffs as well. The visitors failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to New York City, and given Columbus’ fine form in the season finale, home win should be considered. Both Kronholm and Teran are out of contention with injuries for the visiting side.

After spending his youth career at Lagos Islanders and Union Bank, Fanendo Adi moved to Trencic of Slovakia in 2009. The Nigeria international played for the likes of Metalurh Donetsk, Dynamo Kiev, Tavriya Simferopol, Copenhagen and Portland Timbers as well before joining FC Cincinnati.
Adi was born in Lagos (Nigeria) on October 10, 1990 and he has two caps for the Nigeria U23 national team. However, he has yet to make his debut for the senior team. The Cincinnati forward was called up to the senior squad in the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers, but he did not see any game action. Fanendo Adi made his MLS debut for Cincinnati on March 3, 2019 in a 4-1 loss to Seattle Sounders.
His main position is centre forward and his preferred foot is right. His biggest success is winning of the 2015 MLS Cup where Portland Timbers defeated Columbus Crew 2-1 in the title game.

Chicago Fire were founded on October 8, 1997 and one year later they won the MLS Cup by beating D.C. United (2-0) in the title game. The club play their home games at Toyota Park, the venue that was opened on June 11, 2006. Chicago Fire won four U.S. Open Cups (1998, 2000, 2003 and 2006) and in 2009 they were beaten by UANL Tigres in the North American Superliga final.
