Morecambe and Wycombe take on each other at the Mazuma Stadium in a highly-anticipated League One game. Morecambe are desperate to secure the survival, while Wycombe are on the right track to secure automatic promotion to the Championship. Head coach Steve Robinson has a full squad to choose from, but both Leigh and Ayunga could drop to the bench. The likes of Gibson and Cooney are pushing for a start.
The Chairboys, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Bolton and Oxford United. The league leaders have been impressive at the back in 2022, and given Morecambe’s shaky defence, anything but a routine away win would be a major surprise. Scott Wootton made 66 appearances for the Whites in the league before moving to Rotherham United on loan. In August 2016, the English footballer joined League 1 club Milton Keynes Dons, signing a two-year deal with the Stadium MK outfit. Nowadays, Scott Wootton plays for Plymouth Argyle in the League Two, where he wears the number 5 jersey.
Scott Wootton’s primary position is a centre-back, but he is capable of producing fine performances at right-back as well. The 188-cm tall defender, whose preferred foot is right, has three caps for the England U17 team. Scott Wootton was born in Birkenhead, England, on September 12, 1991.

Founded back in 1887, Wycombe Wanderers are one of the oldest clubs in the League One. The Chairboys are well known for their sky blue and dark blue shirts, but the colour of their away kit is orange combined with gun-metal gray.
Wycombe Wanderers host their rivals at Adams Park, a small stadium in Sands Industrial Estate which can hold up to 10,137 people. Milton Keynes Dons are seen as the club’s main rivals, with the two teams facing each other in the Buckinghamshire derby.
