Our prediction for this Belgium Pro League match:
Sunday’s football game between St. Truiden and Leuven will bring down the curtain on day 28 of the new Jupiler League campaign. St. Truiden aim to build on back-to-back wins over Kortrijk and Royale Union SG, and the bookies see them as slim favourites to beat Leuven on home soil. Dimitri Lavalee serves a one-game ban, but Japan international Taichi Hara is back from suspension.
Leuven, on the other hand, did well to beat both Genk and Cercle Brugge in the previous two league fixtures. Marc Brys’ men, though, are not regarded as good travelers, which is probably the main reason why we are going to put our money on the in-form hosts. Kaveh Rezaei remains on the sidelines with a broken leg, while fellow forward Mykola Kukharevych is a major doubt, speaking of the away side.
