Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Girona and Ibiza go head to head at Estadio Municipal de Montilivi in what is expected to be an entertaining Segunda Division game. The Catalans aim to build on back-to-back wins over Oviedo and Las Palmas, and they are likely to adopt yet another attack-minded approach. Experienced attacker Cristhian Stuani is banned for the match, while all Juanpe, Dario Sarmiento, and Oscar Urena are sidelined with injuries.
Ibiza, on the other hand, head into the match following back-to-back draws with Ponferradina and Leganes. The visitors aim to stay in the playoffs race, but seeing that Girona have turned their “Montilivi” into a real fortress, we predict that Paco Jemez’s troops are going to return home empty-handed. As for the visiting side, Zenitagoia Arana is likely to replace Appin in the starting XI as the later limped off with injury at the weekend.
