Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Victor Tedesco Stadium will host Thursday’s Conference League game between Hamrun and Partizan. The Maltese face an uphill task in the return leg, and they have no other option but to go all guns blazing at the Black and Whites. Hamrun did suffer a 4-1 loss in the first leg, but their display was anything but poor. Head coach Branko Nisevic is likely to stick to the 4-3-3 formation.
Partizan, on the other hand, finally gave fans something to cheer about at the weekend, with the team rolling over Hamrun in Belgrade, and, as a result, they are with one foot in the Conference League group stages. The Maltese are going to adopt an attack-minded approach in the second leg, and given Partizan’s attacking potential, both teams to score betting option should be considered. A man to watch in the away side will be Ricardo Gomes, who scored a brace in the first leg.
