All eyes will be on Anfield when Liverpool and Manchester City face each other in the Premier League derby on Sunday afternoon. The Reds have been underperforming in the first half of the season, with the team dropping to 10th place in the standings following a 3-2 loss to Arsenal. Jurgen Klopp’s troops need some quick boost, and we are positive that they will fight tooth and nail against the star-studded Citizens. Trent Alexander-Arnold should recover in time to face Man City, while fellow defender Andy Robertson remains in the recovery room, alongside Luis Diaz, who suffered an injury in the Emirates Stadium defeat.
Pep Guardiola’s troops, on the other hand, extended their winning run to three games against Southampton (4-0), with Erling Haaland scoring his 15th goal of the process. The Norway superstar looks unstoppable at the moment, and given Liverpool’s difficulties at the back, away win should be considered. Both Kyle Walker and Kalvin Phillips remain in the treatment room, while John Stones is a major doubt.
