Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Estadio Jose Zorrilla will host Wednesday’s La Liga game between Real Valladolid and Celta Vigo, the two bottom-table sides. Os Celte dropped to 11th place following back-to-back defeats to Barcelona and Real Sociedad, but it has to be noted that their displays are much better than the results. Goncalo Paciencia is banned for the match, while there are no fresh injury worries in the away team.
La Pucela, on the other hand, aim to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Espanyol. Real Valladolid obviously struggle up front, with the team netting only six goals in the process to date, which is probably the main reason why away win should be considered. All Kenedy, Anuar, Jawad El Yamiq, and Sergio Asenjo are sidelined with injuries for the home side, while Luis Perez is a major doubt. You should know, though, that each of their last four encounters in La Liga has ended up as a draw.
Highlighted Player (Shon Weissman):
After spending his youth career Maccabi Haifa, Shon Weissman continued wearing the green and white shirt at senior level. The 174-tall forward scored 8 goals in 32 appearances in the league for the Greens before joining Wolfsberger in 2019.
It has to be noted, though, that he played for the likes of Hapoel Acre, Maccabi Netanya and Ironi Kiryat Shmona on loan as well from 2015 to 2018. Born in Haifa on February 14, 1996 the Israeli footballer has yet to make his senior debut with the Israel national team, but he has two caps with the U21 team. Speaking of his career at Wolfsberger, Shon Weissman made his Austrian Bundesliga debut on July 27, 2019 in a 3-0 win at Admira.
Weissman opened his goal-scoring account on the same day, finding the net twice in the BSFZ-Arena clash. His main position is centre-forward, but he is capable of playing as both second striker and right winger as well.
