Our prediction for this Serie B match:
Saturday’s football game at Stadio Marco Druso pits together Sudtirol and Brescia, the two teams who are almost level on points in the Serie B table. Sudtirol suffered a 2-0 loss to Modena in their last game in 2022, and, no doubt, they want to kick off the second half of the season in style. Simone Davi remains on the sidelines with a hip injury, but he should be the only absentee in the home team.
Le Rondinelle, on the other hand, do not seem to be at their sharpest, and given their five-match winless run in the Italian second tier, we are tempted to put our money on the home side. Massimo Bertagnoli continues to miss out with injury, but both Fran Karacic and Ruven Niemeijer are back to contention. In the first half of the season Brescia defeated Sudtirol 2-0, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge.
