After dropping two points in a 1-1 draw with Koln, Bayern Munich will be aiming to stay in top position in the Bundesliga standings when they take on Eintracht Frankfurt on Matchday 18. The reigning champions have yet to find their best form in 2023, but the bookies still see them as favourites to win Saturday’s clash. In Sadio Mane’s absence, Erix Maxim Choupo-Moting will continue to lead the line for the league leaders.
All Leon Goretzka, Manuel Neuer, Lucas Hernandez, and Sadio Mane remain in the recovery room. Die Adler, on the other hand, aim to stay in the Champions League berth, but seeing that they were hammered by Bayern Munich (1-6) in the first half of the season, we are tempted to put our money on the Bavarians.
