Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Rennes and Lille square off against each other at Roazhon Park in a highly-anticipated Ligue 1 game. Les Rouges et Noirs faced no difficulties in a 3-0 win over Strasbourg, with the team quickly bounced back from a 2-1 loss to Lorient, but they need to keep on improving their game if they are to book their place in the Champions League. All Hamari Traore, Lorenz Assignon, Arnaud Kalimuendo, Xeka, and Martin Terrier are out of contention, but there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
Les Dogues, on the other hand, failed to turn their dominance into triumph in a goalless draw with Clermont. Lille were beaten by Nice in their last away game, and seeing that Rennes have turned their Roazhon Park into a real fortress, home win should be considered. Fit-again forward Jonathan Bamba is pushing for a start, while all Jonathan David, Adam Ounas, and Gabriel Gudmundsson remain in the treatment room.
