Stade Francis-Le Ble will host Sunday’s Ligue 1 game between Brest and Monaco, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table. Brest are only two points clear of bottom four, meaning that this match is of big importance for the home side, but beating les Rouges et Blancs is easier said than done. Both Brendan Chardonnet and Mathias Pereira Lage are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Meanwhile, the visitors have been impressive in 2023, and given their excellent display in a 3-1 win over league leaders PSG, away win should definitely be considered. The opposition back-line should have Wissam Ben Yedder at bay as the experienced forward scored a brace in the Ligue 1 derby.
