Our prediction for this Premier League match:
After shocking Tottenham in London at the weekend, Bournemouth will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they face West Ham on Matchday 32. The Cherries are eyeing their third consecutive league win, but Sunday’s game will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. Burkina Faso international Dango Ouattara is pushing for a start after scoring the winner against Spurs, while all Fredericks, Traore, and Stanislas are sidelined with injuries.
The Hammers, on the other hand, showed character in a 2-2 in the London derby, with the team coming from two goals behind to share the spoils with Arsenal, but beating Bournemouth at Vitality Stadium is easier said than done. Taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. Italian forward Gianluca Scamacca should be the only absentee in the visiting side.
Highlighted Player (Ben Pearson):
Ben Pearson is a product of Manchester United football academy who plays for Preston North End as a midfielder. The 174-cm-tall footballer did not enjoy first-team football with Man Utd and, as a result, he signed a loan deal with Barnsley in the winter of 2015.
Ben Pearson made his professional debut on January 10, 2015 in a 2-0 win over Yeovil Town. Speaking of his first senior goal, Pearson found the net against Port Vale on January 31, 2015. The talented midfielder, who was born in Oldham, England on January 4, 1995, currently plays for Preston North End in the Championship.
His main position is central midfield, but he is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder as well. It has to be noted that Ben Pearson represented England U16, U17, U18, U19 and U20 teams in international matches. His preferred foot is right.
Highlighted Team (West Ham):
West Ham United are an English football club based in East London. The club was founded in 1895 and it has to be noted that the club’s name was Thames Ironworks back then. The Hammers were playing their home games at Upton Park from 1904 until 2016, when they moved to the Stadium at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
West Ham have won three FA Cup trophies (1964, 1975 and 1980) and they were runners-up in 1923 and 2006. The capital club finished the 1985/1986 England first division campaign in third place in the standings and that is the club’s highest placing in the top flight. West Ham United have strong rivalries with fellow London clubs, but Tottenham Hotspur are considered the club’s main rivals.
A number of top-class players were part of West Ham in the past and the likes of Joe Cole, Carlos Tevez, Paolo Di Canio, Paul Ince, Julian Dicks, Shaka Hislop, Michael Carrick and Slaven Bilic are some of them.
