Both Lyon and Clermont will be aiming to record their first win of the season when they face each other at Parc Olympique Lyonnais in the closing match of the Ligue 1 round 9. Les Gones are desperate to escape the relegation zone and, no doubt, they will have a perfect opportunity to do so this weekend. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Alexandre Lacazette, who scored a brace in a 3-3 draw with Lorient before the international break, while midfielder Paul Akouokou has yet to recover from his injury.
Clermont, on the other hand, are stuck at the bottom with only two points in their pockets and given their difficulties in front of goal, we believe that punters from all around the globe can find value in betting on the French powerhouse. Neto Borges is banned for the match, while Yoel Armougom misses out with a thigh problem.
