Crystal Palace will be aiming to make amends for a massive 5-0 loss to Arsenal when they take on Sheffield United in the Premier League round 22. The Eagles will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. All Joel Ward, Rob Holding, Michael Olise, and Cheick Doucoure are sidelined with injuries, while Jordan Ayew should play some part in Tuesday’s clash after returning from international duty.
The Blades, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 5-2 FA Cup loss to Brighton, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. Sheffield United forward Rhian Brewster is banned for the match, while John Egan misses the match with injury. Tom Davies is a major doubt and the midfielder will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
