Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Genoa will be aiming to make amends for a 2-1 loss to Inter when they take on Monza in the Serie A round 28. The Rossoblu are a real force to be reckoned with at home, but Saturday’s game will be anything but a walk in the park for the home side. Defender Johan Vasquez serves a one-game ban due to the accumulation of yellow cards, while midfielder Alan Matturro is a major doubt.
The Biancorossi, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 4-1 loss to AS Roma. Monza and Genoa, though, are almost level on points in the Serie A standings and they seem to be evenly matched at the moment. Taking everything into account, there is a big value in betting on draw. Valentin Carboni is widely expected to replace Roberto Gagliardini in the starting XI, while both Samuele Vignato and Gianluca Caprari are out of contention with injuries.
