Portsmouth will try to put an end to their four-game winless run in all competitions when they take on Sunderland on Matchday 4. The Pompey have yet to find their best form, but they produced a fine display in a 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough. A man to watch in the home team will be Christian Saydee, who scored a brace at the weekend, while the likes of Joshua Murphy, Regan Poole, Jacob Farrell, and Tom McIntyre remain in the recovery room.
The Black Cats, on the other hand, aim to keep their 100% record in the new Championship season intact. Sunderland did remarkably well to beat excellent Burnley side at the weekend and given Portsmouth’s shaky defence, yet another Sunderland triumph is on the horizon.
