Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
Famalicao will look to put an end to their four-game winless run in Primeira Liga when they take on Farense on Saturday. Famalicao failed to win the previous four league matches, but it seems as if their performances are much better than the results. Given the team’s excellent display in a 3-3 draw with Braga at the weekend, home win should be considered. Midfielder Gustavo Sa is rated doubtful for the hosts and will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
Os Leoes de Faro, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Gil Vicente and given Famalicao’s signs of improvement, we predict that the visitors are going to return home with their hands empty. Bear in mind, though, that Farense midfielder Claudio Falcao returns to the starting line-up after serving a one-game ban in the last league match.
