Ghana
Central Africa and Ghana face each other at Estadio 11 de Novembro in a highly-anticipated Africa Cup of Nations qualifier. The Wild Beasts failed to impress in a 2-1 loss to Angola, and they will have a big fish to fry against the Black Stars as well. Central Africa experienced all sorts of problems at the back in their opener, meaning that head coach Raoul Savoy should opt to make changes to the starting XI.
Ghana, on the other hand, scored three goals in the second half to crush Madagascar 3-0 in the opening match of their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign. The Black Stars aim to retain top position in Group E, and they should take advantage of Central Africa’s shaky defence. A man to keep an eye on in the away side will be Roma teenager Felix Afena-Gyan, who impressed in the triumph over Madagascar.
Highlighted Player (Andy Yiadom):
Andy Yiadom was born in Holloway, London, but he began his career in the youth team of Watford. After spending two years at the Watford football academy, the pacey full-back (winger) joined Hayes & Yeading United and he scored only one goal in 36 appearances in the league for the club.
At the end of the 2010/2011 campaign Yiadom moved to Braintree Town and after scoring seven goals in 27 appearances for the Iron he signed a contract with Barnet. The 180-cm-tall footballer played for Barnet from 2012 to 2016 and he scored 14 goals in 169 appearances for the Bees. Andy Yiadom then decided to take a step forward in his career as he moved to Championship side Barnsley.
The English footballer played 32 games in the league for the Tykes last season and he provided three assists for his teammates, while receiving four yellow cards. His main position is full-back (right-back), but he is capable of playing on the left flank as well.

Ghana are an African football team administered by Ghana Football Association. The Black Stars made their first ever appearances at the World Cup finals in 2006 and they were grouped with the likes of Italy, Czech Republic and United States. Ghana booked their place in the last 16, but they were outclassed by Brazil in the knockout stages of the showpiece tournament.
In 2010 the Ghanaians did remarkably well to make it to the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup and it has to be noted that they were more than unfortunate not to eliminate Uruguay in the knockout stages of the tournament in South Africa.
The likes of Asamoah Gyan, Richard Kingson, John Paintsil, Emmanuel Agymang-Badu, Sulley Muntari, John Mensah, Andre Ayew, Kwadwo Asamoah, Harrison Afful and Abedi Pele are Ghana’s most capped players, but, no doubt, Michael Essien is the most famous footballer who played for the Black Stars. The Ghanaians play their home games in white shirts, while the colour of the team’s away kit is red.
