Club Brugge
Club Brugge quickly bounced back from a 6-1 loss to Genk, with the team rolling over Oostende 3-0 on Matchday 7. The reigning champions regained a much-needed confidence, and it is no wonder the bookies see them as hot favourites to beat Charleroi at Stade du Pays de Charleroi on Saturday evening. A man to watch in the away team will be Noa Lang, who scored a brace in the triumph over Oostende, while Ruben Providence remains on the sidelines with a long-term ankle injury.
Jose Izquierdo is a major doubt, and he will be assessed ahead of the kick-off. The Black and Whites, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Beerschot VA (5-2) and Gent (3-2). Since Charleroi have been impressive in front of goal of late, we believe that there is a big value in betting on over 2.5 goals. Forward Ali Gholizadeh is banned for the match, while defender Steeven Willems is sidelined with injury.
