Our prediction for this Belgium Pro League match:
Waregem and Charleroi square off against each other at Elindus Arena in what is expected to be an interesting Jupiler League game. Waregem suffered a heavy 4-1 loss to Genk at the weekend, and, no doubt, they are eager to put an end to their three-match winless run. There are no fresh selection worries in the home side ahead of Sunday’s clash.
The Black and Whites, on the other hand, did well to make amends for back-to-back losses to Royale Union SG and Oostende, with the team beating Seraing thanks to Jackson Tchatchoua’s late goal. Charleroi footballers have regained a much-needed confidence, and given Waregem’s shaky defence, we predict that the visiting team will pick up all three points from the match. Stefan Knezevic remains in the recovery room, while fellow defenders Jules Van Cleemput and Mehdi Boukamir are major doubts.
