Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
Hertha desperately needed a win against Greuther Furth and they managed to get one, with the team putting an end to their three-game losing run in all competitions. The capital club have regained a much-needed confidence, with the team moving closer to the playoffs berth. Hertha, though, need to keep on improving their game if they are to secure a top-three finish. All Marc-Oliver Kempf, Bence Dardai, and Agustin Rogel are sidelined with injuries, while forward Florian Niederlechner misses out through suspension.
Magdeburg, on the other hand, did well to beat St. Pauli thanks to Baris Atik’s goal, with the team once again proving their worth in front of home fans. Christian Titz’s troops, though, have already suffered five defeats on the road this term and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Hertha’s party at Olympiastadion. Goalkeeper Julian Pollersbeck should be the only absentee in the away team.
