Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
BBBank Wildpark will host Sunday’s 2. Bundesliga game between Karlsruher and Fortuna Dusseldorf, the two teams who are safe for now. Karlsruher did well to beat Aue (3-0) before the international break, with the team remaining in the top half of the season, but they do not want to stop now. Christian Eichner’s men are undefeated in the previous three home fixtures, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of Sunday’s clash.
All Marco Thiede, Kyoung-Rok Choi, Robin Bormuth, Sebastian Jung, Paul Lohr, and Leon Jensen are likely to miss the game with injuries. Fortuna, on the other hand, are four points clear of bottom three, meaning that this match is of big importance for them. Taking everything into account, we believe that both sides should be happy with one point from the game. Felix Klaus remains on the sidelines with injury, speaking of the away side.
