Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
Magdeburg will be aiming to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Nurnberg and Karlsruher when they take on Hannover on Sunday afternoon. Magdeburg experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 7-0 loss to Karlsruher, which is probably the main reason why home win should not be considered. Midfielder Leon Bell Bell is sidelined through suspension, while all Julian Pollersbeck, Connor Krempicki, and Jonah Fabisch remain in the recovery room.
Die Roten, on the other hand, are eager to put an end to their four-game winless run in the German second tier. Hannover are only four points behind the playoffs berth and given Magdeburg’s shaky defence, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the visiting team. Stefan Leitl has a full squad to choose from except for Christopher Scott, who is sidelined with a shoulder injury.
