Bayer Leverkusen will be looking to clinch their first-ever Bundesliga trophy when they take on Werder Bremen on Matchday 29. The BayArena outfit survived ten-man Union Berlin at the weekend and they are seen as hot favourites to beat die Werderaner as well.
