Mainz
Following a 1-1 draw with Arminia Bielefeld, Hertha Berlin will look to seal the Bundesliga survival when they take on Mainz on Matchday 33. The capital club did well to beat Stuttgart in their last home fixture, which is giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Mainz. All Klunter, Lee, Jovetic, Schwolow, and Jarstein are out of contention with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Die Nullfunfer, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against Bayern Munich, and they managed to get one. Mainz regained a much-needed confidence at the weekend, but seeing that they have little to play for in the season finale, we are going to bet on the relegation-threatened hosts this time out. The good news for the visitors is that talented midfielder Niklas Tauer is back from suspension.

A product of Freiburg academy, Alexander Schwolow was forced to work for his place under the spotlight and it wasn’t until his loan spell in the Third Division with Armenia Bielefeld in 2014 that Schwolow earned his place between the sticks at his parent club. His stock went through a rapid rise in 2016/17 campaign when Alexander Schwolow played a great part in his team’s seventh-place finish and a place in the UEFA Europa league qualification.
Schwolow’s impressive goalkeeping exploits got his name written in the notebook of some of Europe’s biggest clubs and it is fair to say we could see his move abroad in foreseeable future. Alexander Schwolow represented Germany in U18, U19 and U20 categories but has yet to earn a senior cap.
