Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Mainz and Hoffenheim go head to head at Mewa Arena in the Bundesliga round 21. Mainz do not seem to be at their sharpest, with the team losing three of their last four league matches, but this game could be the turning point for the home side. All Niklas Tauer, Marcus Ingvartsen, and Adam Szalai are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Hoffenheim, on the other hand, head into the match following back-to-back defeats to Union Berlin and Borussia Dortmund. Sebastian Hoeness’ troops suffered a dip in form, and given Mainz’s fine home record, we predict that the visitors are going to return to Sinheim empty-handed. Diadie Samassekou is back from international duty, whilst Sebastian Rudy misses out through suspension. All Skov, Bicakcic, Kaderabek, and Baumgartner are injured for the away side.
