Our prediction for this Championship match:
St. Andrew’s Stadium will host Friday’s football game between Birmingham City and Queens Park Rangers, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table. The Blues aim to make amends for a 2-1 loss to Blackburn Rovers, and you should know that they are eyeing their only third home win of the process. Birmingham City’s injury list remains unchanged, with all George Friend, Marc Roberts, Przemyslaw Placheta, and Nico Gordon missing the QPR game.
The Hoops, on the other hand, aim to build on back-to-back wins over Cardiff City and Wigan Athletic. The capital club have a chance to climb to top position in the standings, and given Birmingham’s ups and downs in the Championship, away triumph should be considered. Stefan Johansen, who limped off with injury in the last league match, is unlikely to feature against the Blues.
Highlighted Player (John Ruddy):

John Ruddy is a goalkeeper who was born in St Ives, England on 24 October, 1986. He played for a number of English clubs in the past and he started his senior career at Cambridge United. After making 39 appearances for Cambridge, he signed a deal with Everton for a fee of £250,000.
However, he failed to establish himself as the team’s first-choice shoot-stopper and as a result, he spent a bit part of his career on loan at Walsall, Rushden and Diamonds, Chester City, Stockport County, Wrexham, Bristol City, Crewe Alexandra and Motherwell. In 2010 he made a right decision when he signed for Norwich city for an undisclosed fee as he was immediately given the number 1 shirt. Two years later he received his first England call-up as Roy Hodgson decided to bring him to Euro 2012 finals.
However, Ruddy was forced to withdraw from the squad through injury. John Ruddy is married to Laura and his nickname is “The Iceman”. He was named Norwich City Players’ Player of the Year for the 2011/2012 season.
Highlighted Team (QPR):

Queens Park Rangers are well known as QPR. The capital club was founded in 1886 and Loftus Road Stadium is QPR’s ground. Loftus Road Stadium was opened in 1904 and the capacity of the venue 18,439. However, it has to be noted that no less than 35,353 spectators watched the game between QPR and Leeds on 27 April, 1974.
The Hoops finished the 1975/1976 First Division campaign in second position in the standings, just behind champions Liverpool. This is considered the club’s biggest success, but Queens Park Rangers made it to the FA Cup final in 1982 as well.
QPR were beaten by fellow capital club Tottenham Hotspur in the title game, but they did well to lift the League Cup trophy in 1967. Queens Park’s main rivals are Brentford, Chelsea and Fulham, but other clubs based in London are considered QPR’s rivals as well. The colour of QPR’s shirts is blue and white.
