Our prediction for this Championship match:
Millwall and West Bromwich Albion square off against each other at the Den in what is expected to be an interesting Championship game. The Lions failed to spoil Leeds United’s party at Elland Road before the international break, but it is well known that they produce much better showings at home than on the travels. Duncan Watmore is pushing for a recall to the starting XI, with Brooke Norton-Cuffy likely to drop to the bench. Both Matija Sarkic and George Saville are back from the international duty.
Meanwhile, the Baggies aim to build on back-to-back wins over Huddersfield Town and Bristol City. WBA are determined to stay in the playoffs berth, but beating Millwall in London is easier said than done. Taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. All Daryl Dike, Matt Phillips, and Josh Maja are out of contention with injuries for the visiting team.
Highlighted Player (Shaun Hutchinson):
Shaun Hutchinson is a professional footballer who plays for Milwall as a centre-back. Born in Newcastle upon Tyne (England) on November 23, 1990, he began his youth career at Wallsend Boys Club. In 2007 he moved to Motherwell and he made his first-team debut for the Scottish club on May 16, 2009 against Hamilton Academical.
After making 121 appearances in the league for Motherwell, Shaun Hutchinson returned to England in 2014, signing a deal with Championship club Fulham. Hutchinson played no more than 30 games for the Cottagers before joining fellow capital club Millwall on June 21, 2016.
He made his debut for the Lions against Peterborough United on August 16, 2016 and he has been playing for the club ever since. Shaun Hutchinson’s main position is centre-back, but he is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder as well. The Millwall defender has a contract with the club which expires on June 30, 2018 and it has to be noted that his preferred foot is left.
