Millwall
Swansea City and Millwall, the two teams who almost level on points in the standings square off against each other on the last day of the season. The Swans have been producing fine performances of late, with the team sharing the spoils with Norwich City following three consecutive league wins and they must be high on spirits ahead of Saturday’s clash. All Liam Gibbs, Dimitris Giannoulis, and Onel Hernandez are out of contention with injuries for the home team.
The Lions, on the other hand, are eyeing their fifth consecutive win in the English second tier. The capital club obviously want to finish the season in great manner, but seeing that Swansea have won four of their last five games at home, we are tempted to bet on the South Wales outfit. Defender Murray Wallace should be the only absentee in the away team.
Highlighted Player (Joe Allen):
Joe Allen is another high-quality footballer from the new generation of Wales internationals, who was part of the team that took Swansea from League One to the Premier League, and he had no problems adapting to arguably the strongest league championship in Europe.
Allen operated as a deep-lying playmaker as the Swans impressed upon reaching the elite division, with his excellent passing skills persuading Liverpool to splash £15 million on his services. The central midfielder didn’t exactly manage to develop into an indispensable member of the side at Anfield, but he is considered an important squad player and has always performed well when called upon.
Meanwhile, he has been one of the pillars of the most successful team in the Wales history together with Gareth Bale, Ashley Williams and Aaron Ramsey, while even representing Great Britain at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Allen started five games for the Dragons as they secured the first ever appearance at the European Championship finals.

Based in Bermonsdey, South East London, Millwall are a football club whose supporters have often been associated with hooliganism. West Ham United are considered the club’s biggest rivals and there have always been fireworks in clashes between the two teams.
The Lions share rivalry with Charlton as well and the two teams first met back in 1921. The Den is Milwall’s home ground at the capacity of the stadium, which was opened in 1993, is 20.146.
The capital club did well to make it to the 2003/2004 FA Cup final, but Premier League giants Manchester United proved to be a big catch for the Lions. The Red Devils won the game 3-0, but despite suffering the heavy loss in the title game, Milwall booked their place in the UEFA Cup. However, Ferencvaros of Hungary proved to be a big catch for the English outfit in the two-legged tie.
