Our prediction for this Champions League match:
There will be fireworks when Inter and Bayern Munich go head to head in the Champions League quarter-finals, second leg. The Nerazzurri proved their worth in the first leg, beating Vincent Kompany’s men 2-1 at Allianz Arena and they are now on a quest to defend their slim lead. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be Lautaro Martinez, who scored a beautiful opener in Germany, while midfielder Kristjan Asllani is back from suspension. Both Piotr Zielinski and Valentin Carboni remain in the recovery room.
Bayern Munich, on the other hand, failed to turn their dominance into more goals in the first leg. The Bavarians are likely to adopt yet another attack-minded approach in the second leg and given Inter’s attacking potential, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. The likes of Dayot Upamecano, Manuel Neuer, Jamal Musiala, and Alphonso Davies miss out with injuries for the away team.
Highlighted Player (Hakan Calhanoglu):

Hakan Calhanoglu is another one in the long line of Turkish footballers who were born in Germany, so it is hardly surprising he came to prominence thanks to his performances in Bundesliga. The attacking midfielder with great vision and very good goalscoring record started his professional career at Karlsruher, scoring impressive 17 goals in 50 league outings to earn a move to Bundesliga side Hamburg.
The spell at Imtech Arena was merely a stepping stone for bigger things as 11 goals in his debut top flight campaign persuaded Bayer Leverkusen to splash nearly €15 million on his services. That proved a very good investment as Calhanoglu continued the rich vein of form, and it is now a matter of time before he joins one of European powerhouses.
The midfield maestro had a bright start to his career in the Turkey national team, scoring 5 goals in first 16 caps, and chances are he will become a leader for Milli Takim in the foreseeable future.
Highlighted Team (Bayern Munich):

Over the years Bayern Munich have established themselves as one of the most successful European clubs. The Stern des Sudens (Star of the South) are the dominant force in German football and it has to be noted that the Bavarians clinched their 26th Bundesliga title in 2016. Bayern Munich have won 18 German Cup trophies, while winning the Champions League (European Cup) five times.
The German giants clinched the Intercontinental Cup in 1976 and 2001, while lifting the FIFA Club World Cup trophy in 2013. Bayern Munich was founded in 1900 by eleven football players and their leader was Franz John. The Bavarians host their rivals at Allianz Arena (75,000), the stadium that was built in 2005.
Fellow Bavarian sides TSV 1860 Munchen 1860 and Nurnberg are regarded as Bayern Munich’s fiercest rivals, but the rivalry between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern is big as well. The likes of Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Franz Beckenbauer, Lothar Matthaus, Oliver Kahn, Gerd Muller and Giovane Elber are famous footballers who played for Bayern Munich in the past.
