Our prediction for this EFL Cup match:
All eyes will be on Valley Parade when Bradford City and Blackburn Rovers go head to head in the EFL Cup last 64. The Bantams aim to build on a 3-1 win over Hartlepool, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry in Tuesday’s football match. Jake Young is widely expected to return to the starting XI, with Lee Angol dropping to the bench. The Riversiders, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a 3-0 loss to Sheffield United.
Blackburn Rovers have been struggling at the back of late, with the team losing to both Reading (0-3) and Sheffield United (0-3) in the previous two league fixtures. The Riversiders aim to get back on course as soon as possible, and seeing that they will adopt an attack-minded approach in Tuesday’s game, over 2.5 goals betting option should be considered. Scott Wharton continues to miss out with a hamstring problem.
