Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Brondby and Strasbourg go head to head at Brondby Stadion in what is expected to be one of the most exciting games of Thursday’s program. Brondby did well to hold Strasbourg to a goalless draw at Stade de la Meinau in the first leg and yet another close contest is on the horizon in Denmark. Talented midfielder Clement Bischoff is back from suspension, while defender Marko Divkovic should be recalled to the starting XI after coming as a substitute in a 2-0 loss to Sonderjyske at the weekend.
Le Racing, on the other hand, kicked off the new Ligue 1 campaign in style, with the team beating both Metz (1-0) and Nantes (1-0) without conceding and, no doubt, the visitors will rely on their rock-solid defence against Brondby as well. As both Strasbourg and Brondby look defensively well-organized, there is a big value in betting on under 2.5 goals. Defender Andrew Omobamidele is rated doubtful for the visiting team after picking up a knock in the triumph over Les Canaris.
