Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
All eyes will be on Mewa Arena when Mainz and Rosenborg face each other in the Conference League playoffs, return leg. The Troillongan came from behind to beat Mainz 2-1 in Trondheim, but they will have a mountain to climb in the second leg. It has to be noted that Rosenborg suffered a heavy 4-1 loss to KFUM Oslo in their last away game in the Eliteserien. Iver Fossun has overcome his injury, but Noah Sahsah remains in the recovery room.
Die Nullfunfer, on the other hand, are determined to continue their European journey and with Rosenborg struggling on the travels, we predict that the Bundesliga outfit will emerge triumphant in Thursday’s clash. Summer signing Benedict Hollerbach is unlikely to feature for the home side after picking up a knock in a 1-0 loss to FC Koln at the weekend. Nelson Weiper is widely expected to replace him in the starting XI.
Highlighted Player (Dominik Kohr):

Dominik Kohr is a product of Bayer Leverkusen’s youth school. The German midfielder was born in Tier on 31 January, 1994 and he made eight appearances for the Bundesliga side at senior level. He spent the 2014/2015 season on loan at Augsburg, playing 34 games for the club in the German elite division and his loan was made permanent at the end of the season (18 June, 2015).
He scored his first goal for the club from the penalty spot in a 1-0 win over Wolfsburg. Kohr has four caps for Germany U20 and he played for the U18 and the U19 teams in the past as well. Dominik Kohr is a central midfielder, but he is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder and a centre back as well.
He has a contract with Augsburg which expires on 30 June, 2019. Kohr played 26 games for Augsburg in the 2015/2016 Bundesliga campaign.
Highlighted Team (Rosenborg):

Rosenberg are undisputedly the most famous Norwegian club. The Troillongan have participated in the Champions League group stages on several occasions and they are the dominant force in the Norwegian Premier League. Rosenborg won their 24th (record) domestic title in 2016, with the team finishing the season 15 points clear of second-placed Brann.
The Norwegian side are well known for their black and white kits and Lerkendal Stadion is the club’s home ground. The capacity of the venue is 21.405 and the stadium was opened back in 1947. John Carew is the most notable footballer who played for Rosenborg in the past and it has to be noted that the powerful centre-forward scored 18 goals in 18 appearances in the league for the Troillongan.
Nowadays Nicklas Bendtner wears Rosenborg shirt, but he did not help the Norwegian champions make it to the Champions League group stages. Rosenborg eliminated Dundalk in the second qualifying round, but Scottish side Celtic proved to be a big catch for Kare Hedley Ingebrigtsen’s troops in round 3.
