Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Panathinaikos and Slavia Prague go head to head at Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium in the Conference League third qualifying round, return leg. Panathinaikos aim to overcome a two-goal deficit at their packed stadium in Athens, and, one thing is for sure, the Greeks are going to leave their hearts on the field. Keep in mind that Argentina forward Sebastian Palacios misses the game through suspension as he was sent off in the first leg.
The Czechs, on the other hand, are likely to adopt a cautious approach in the return leg. A close encounter is on the cards in the green part of Athens, and, taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. Defender Eduardo Santos is banned for the hosts, while all Boril, Hovorka, Provod, and Sor remain in the recovery room.
Highlighted Player (Rubén Pérez):
Rubén Pérez is a Spanish footballer who was born in Ecija on April 26, 1989. The 178-cm tall midfielder is a product of Atletico Madrid youth academy, but he made no more than one appearance in La Liga for los Rojiblancos. Ruben Perez, though, played 53 games for Atletico Madrid B before joining Deportivo La Coruna on loan.
The Spanish footballer spent some time on loan at Getafe, Real Betis, Elche and Torino as well before joining Granada in 2015. After making 31 appearances for the Andalusian side from 2015 to 2018, Ruben Perez joined Leganes on loan in 2016.
In 2018 he signed a permanent deal with Leganes and he has been playing for the capital club ever since. His main position is defensive midfielder, but he is capable of playing as a central midfielder as well. Ruben Perez has 5 caps for Spain U21 team, but he has yet to receive a call-up for the senior squad.
Highlighted Team (Slavia Prague):
Slavia Prague is considered one of the most famous teams in Czech Republic. The Cervenobili won the Czechoslovak First League on 13 occasions and they lifted their fourth Czech First League in 2017. Despite winning the domestic trophy in the 2016/2017 season, Slavia Prague eventually failed to book their place in the Champions League group stages as they were beaten by APOEL of Cyprus in the play-offs. Sparta Prague are regarded as Slavia’s fiercest rivals and the two teams face each other in the Prague derby.
The club was founded on November 2, 1892 and it has to be noted that the club was initially focused on cycling. In March 1896 Slavia Prague recorded their first ever victory, with the team beating AC Prague 5-0. The Cervenobili play their home games at Eden Arena and the capacity of the venue is 19.084 (football). Slavia Prague are well known for their red and white shirts and white shorts.
