Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Pogon and Brondby face each other at Stadion Miejski in Szczecin in what is expected to be one of the most exciting games of Thursday’s program. Pogon eliminated KR Reykjavik in the Conference League first qualifying round, with the team kicking off the new domestic campaign with a come-from-behind win over Widzew. The Poles are a real force to be reckoned with at home, but keep in mind that defender Konstantinos Triandafillopulos remains in the recovery room.
Brondby, on the other hand, did well to beat Aarhus thanks to Anis Slimane’s goal in the season opener. The Danes, though, are not regarded as good travellers, and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Pogon’s party at Stadion Miejski. When the two teams met in a friendly three years ago Brondby defeated Pogon 3-1, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge.
