Our prediction for this Europa Conference League match:
Rosenborg will look to upset Mainz when the two teams face each other in the Conference League playoffs double-header. Rosenborg did well to eliminate Hammarby in the third qualifying round and you should know that they are eyeing their fifth consecutive win in the process. As the Troillongan are likely to rely on their solid defence in the first leg, a low-scoring affair is on the horizon.
As Rosenborg were not in action in the Eliteserien at the weekend, boss Alfred Johansson has no fresh injury concerns. Die Nullfunfer, on the other hand, have yet to kickstart the new Bundesliga campaign, which is probably the main reason why away win should not be considered. A close encounter is on the cards at Lerkendal Stadion and we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. A man to watch in the away team will be big-money signing Benedict Hollerbach.
Highlighted Player (Dominik Kohr):

Dominik Kohr is a product of Bayer Leverkusen’s youth school. The German midfielder was born in Tier on 31 January, 1994 and he made eight appearances for the Bundesliga side at senior level. He spent the 2014/2015 season on loan at Augsburg, playing 34 games for the club in the German elite division and his loan was made permanent at the end of the season (18 June, 2015).
He scored his first goal for the club from the penalty spot in a 1-0 win over Wolfsburg. Kohr has four caps for Germany U20 and he played for the U18 and the U19 teams in the past as well. Dominik Kohr is a central midfielder, but he is capable of playing as a defensive midfielder and a centre back as well.
He has a contract with Augsburg which expires on 30 June, 2019. Kohr played 26 games for Augsburg in the 2015/2016 Bundesliga campaign.
Highlighted Team (Rosenborg):

Rosenberg are undisputedly the most famous Norwegian club. The Troillongan have participated in the Champions League group stages on several occasions and they are the dominant force in the Norwegian Premier League. Rosenborg won their 24th (record) domestic title in 2016, with the team finishing the season 15 points clear of second-placed Brann.
The Norwegian side are well known for their black and white kits and Lerkendal Stadion is the club’s home ground. The capacity of the venue is 21.405 and the stadium was opened back in 1947. John Carew is the most notable footballer who played for Rosenborg in the past and it has to be noted that the powerful centre-forward scored 18 goals in 18 appearances in the league for the Troillongan.
Nowadays Nicklas Bendtner wears Rosenborg shirt, but he did not help the Norwegian champions make it to the Champions League group stages. Rosenborg eliminated Dundalk in the second qualifying round, but Scottish side Celtic proved to be a big catch for Kare Hedley Ingebrigtsen’s troops in round 3.
