Anderlecht
West Ham United will look to cement top position in Group B when they welcome Anderlecht to their London Stadium on Thursday. The Hammers have been showing signs of improvement of late, and they must be brimming with confidence following a 3-1 win over Fulham. David Moyes can count on key players for the Conference League clash, but both Aguerd and Cornet are sidelined with injuries.
Anderlecht, on the other hand, have been involved in some low-scoring games in Group B, with the team both netting and conceding one goal in the process. Since West Hams should be happy with one point from Thursday’s showdown, a low-scoring draw is on the horizon. Teenager Mario Stroeykens is pushing for a start after scoring a brace as a substitute in a 3-1 win over Mechelen in the Jupiler League round 11.

Said Benrahma is an Algeria international who started his club career at Nice. The pacey winger made his Ligue 1 debut during the 2013/2014 season and after scoring 3 goals in 17 appearances for les Aiglons in the French top flight, he moved to the Championship team Brentford in the summer of 2018.
Said Benrahma was born in Ain Temouchent, Algeria on August 10, 1995 and it has to be noted that he played for the likes of Angers, Gazelec Ajaccio and Chateauroux on loan before joining the Griffin Park outfit. The Algerian footballer impressed in the 2018/2019 Championship season, scoring 10 goals and providing 15 assists for his teammates.
His main position is right winger, but he is used as a left winger as well. Speaking of his international career, Said Benrahma made his debut for the Algeria national team on October 13, 2015 in a 1-0 win over Senegal.

Founded on 27 May, 1908, Anderlecht are considered one of the oldest clubs in Belgium. The Paars-wit are the dominant force in the Belgian Pro League and in 2014 they won their 33rd domestic trophy. Anderlecht did remarkably well to win the UEFA Super Cup title in 1983, with the team defeating Benfica in the final of the competition.
The Belgian outfit recorded a 1-0 over the Eagles in the first leg, with the two teams playing out a 1-1 draw in the return leg.
