Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Following an under-par performance in a 1-1 draw with Ipswich United, Manchester United will look to record their first win under new manager Ruben Amorim when they face Bodo Glimt in the Europa League round 5. The Red Devils are eyeing their second win of the process and they are seen as hot favourites to win Thursday’s clash. The likes of Maguire, Lindelof, and Martinez remain in the recovery room, while both Manuel Ugarte and Rasmus Hojlund should be recalled to the starting eleven.
The Norwegians, on the other hand, are on the right track to defend their Eliteserien trophy. As Bodo players will be with one eye on the last-round clash with Lillestrom, anything but a routine home win would be a big surprise. Jostein Maurstad Gundersen is back from the domestic ban, while all Bassi, Elabdellaoui, Skeide, and Vetti should miss out with injuries.
Highlighted Player (Bruno Fernandes):
Bruno Fernandes is a Portuguese footballer who used to play for Novara before joining Udinese in a co-ownership deal in the summer of 2013. The Portuguese midfielder scored his first goal for the club in a 3-3 draw with Napoli on 7 December, 2013.
Three years later he signed a deal with Sampdoria for a fee of €7 million. Fernandes moved to Sampdoria in order to replace Roberto who reinforced Villarreal. Soriano He played 33 games for the Zebrette in the 2015/2016 Serie A campaign, scoring three goals for the club, while providing four assists for his teammates.
Fernandes is a central midfielder, but he is capable of playing as a secondary striker as well. He was born in Maia, Portugal on 8 September, 1994 and he began his youth career at Infesta. Fernandes has seven caps for Portugal U21 team and he has played 4 matches for the U23 team.
Highlighted Team (Manchester United):
Over the years Manchester United have established themselves as one of the greatest clubs in world football. The Red Devils have won three European Cup (Champions League) trophies and they have clinched no less than 20 Premier League titles.
A number of top-class players were part of Manchester United in the past, but, no doubt, the club’s biggest legend is coach Sir Alex Ferguson, who was in charge of the team for 26 years. During Alex Ferguson’s spell at Old Trafford the club won a number of trophies, but the Red Devils have been struggling in all competitions ever since he retired. Louis van Gaal helped Manchester United win the FA Cup trophy in the 2015/2016 season, with Jese Lingard scoring the winner in the 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium.
The likes of Bobby Charlton, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, George Best and Eric Cantona are the football stars that graced Old Trafford for Manchester United.
