The Danes’ job is half-done in this tie following a 3-1 win in Norway, but they can’t afford any complacency in the return leg. Ecuador midfielder Denil Castillo is a major doubt after limping off with injury in the first leg, while Zambia forward Edward Chilufya is back from the domestic ban.
