Our prediction for this FA Cup match:
After holding Luton to a goalless draw at Kenilworth Road, Bolton will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when the two teams take on each other at Toughsheet Community Stadium in the FA Cup replay. Bolton are a real force to be reckoned with at home and you should know that they are on a four-game winning run in the League One. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team ahead of the visit of Luton.
The Hatters, on the other hand, head into the match following a 1-1 draw with Burnley. Luton are not regarded as good travellers and that is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on the in-form League One side. Defender Issa Kabore is on international duty with Burkina Faso, whereas both Morris and Chong are pushing for a start after the duo came off the bench in the original fixture.
Highlighted Player (Fred Onyedinma):
Fred Onyedinma is a Nigerian footballer who plays for Wycombe Wanderers in the League One. Onyedinma is a product of Millwall football school and he continued playing for the Lions at senior level. The 185-cm tall midfielder scored 8 goals in 120 appearances for the capital club in the league before joining Wycombe Wanderers.
Fred Onyedinma played 46 games as a loan player for the Wanderers before signing a permanent deal with the club in July 2019. The Nigerian footballer penned the three-year contract for an undisclosed fee. His main position is right midfielder, but he is used as both attacking and left midfielder as well. He has a contract with Wycombe Wanderers which should expire in the summer of 2022.
Fred Onyedinma scored 4 goals in 21 appearances for the club in the 2018/2019 League One season. The Nigerian player was born in Lagos on November24, 1996.
Highlighted Team (Bolton):
Bolton Wanderers were formed as Christ Church Football Club back in 1874 and three years later they adopted their current name. The Trotters currently compete in the Championship and they play their home games at Macron Stadium, which was opened in 1997.
Speaking of the club’s trophies, Bolton Wanderers won the FA Cup on four occasions (1923, 1926, 1929 and 1958), but they have yet to win the Premier League title. The Trotters were producing splendid displays in the 2003/2004 Premier League campaign, with the team finishing the season in eighth position in the standings, which is regarded as the club’s best result in the English top flight.
Bolton did well to reach the UEFA Cup knockout stages in the 2007/2008 season; the English outfit eliminated Atletico Madrid in the two-legged tie, but Sporting Lisbon eventually proved to be a big catch for the Trotters.
Nigeria international Jay-Jay Okocha is one of the most notable footballers who played for Bolton and he scored 14 goals in 124 appearances in the league for the club. Bury are considered the club’s fiercest rivals.
