Our prediction for this FA Cup match:
Crystal Palace will be aiming to make amends for a 3-1 loss to Liverpool when they host Hartlepool to their Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon. The Eagles booked their place in the FA Cup last 32 by beating Millwall on the road, and they are seen as favourites to beat the League Two side as well. Wilfried Zaha is back from international duty, but he is unlikely to start against the Pools, while Cheikhou Kouyate is still on Africa Cup of Nations.
Both James Tomkins and James McArthur miss out with injuries for the Premier League side. Hartlepool, on the other hand, set up a meeting with Palace by beating Blackpool in front of home fans, but the Eagles are likely to pose a much bigger threat for the visiting side than their previous rivals. Experienced forward Nicky Featherstone is banned for the visitors.
