Crewe Alexandra take on Cambridge United at Alexandra Stadium in the League One round 11. The Railwaymen head into the match following back-to-back draws with Rotherham United and Plymouth, and you should bear in mind that they managed to find the net in each of their previous five league fixtures. Donervon Daniels is a 186-cm-tall defender who plays for Wigan Athletic. He was born in Montserrat on 24 November, 1993 and he is a product of WBA football academy. After spending several seasons on loan at Tranmere Rovers, Gillingham, Blackpool and Aberdeen, Daniels signed for Wigan Athletic on a three-year-contract on June, 2015 and he netted his first goal for the Latics against Scunthorpe United two months later.
He made 33 appearances for Wigan in the 2015/2016 League One campaign and no doubt he helped the club secure promotion to the Championship. His main position is centre back, but he is capable of playing at right back as well. His highest market value was €250 000 on May 30, 2016.
Daniels has contract with Wigan Athletic which expires on 30 June, 2018. It has to be noted that that he was awarded WBA Young Player of the Year for the 2011/2012 season. Donvervon Daniels is a right-footed player.
